Flow Indicator PKP Process Instruments

The model DS25 indicator is designed to measure and monitor the flow of liquids or gases in food and drink applications.
The 316 stainless-steel constructed DS25 works on the variable area principal and utilizes a float that is guided in a cylindrical measuring tube by means of a slotted nozzle. The flowing medium moves the float in the flow direction, and an externally mounted pointer indicator magnetically coupled to the float indicates flow rate against a calibrated or arbitrary scale. The indicator assembly also houses optional alarm outputs, analog output and totalizer. Pressure rating is typically 580 or 1450 PSIG with higher-pressure ratings available.Options include analog and alarm outputs, explosion proof model, oxygen cleaning, steam jacketing for temperature control and temperature isolation of electronics for high temperature applications.
